Terms and conditions

  • Exclusively when reserved directly with the hotel
  • Credits towards wedding package only apply from the couple stay
  • Food tasting only apply for the couple
  • To be eligible for the credit towards the wedding package couple must stay on a Romance junior suite partial ocean view or any other Romance category
  • This promotion is subject to availability at the time of booking
  • Availability of the Sneak Peek package must be confirmed by the weddings department before booking your stay
  • NOT combinable with any other promotion/sale
  • A minimum of 3 nights is required, seize additional nights at the best rate at time of booking (subject to availability)
  • Sneak peek agenda must be held from Monday to Thursday
  • Only one Sneak Peek Pre-Wedding Visit package per couple
  • We will apply a credit towards the client’s last payment on the wedding package selected (not wedding extras)
  • To qualify for this credit, clients must travel at least 4-months prior to their wedding date
  • Package inclusions have no cash value, there are no refunds for unused elements/events; items/inclusions are not interchangeable with others
  • Valid for weddings taking place in 2025 & 2026
  • BLACK OUT DATES apply to major U.S. holidays
