Here are a few of the details:

• A one(1) night deposit is required at the time of booking
• Proof of employment and business card must be provided at check-in
• Only one room may be booked per Travel Advisor who must stay in the suite
• Travel Advisor rates require a 2-night minimum stay, 5-night maximum
• Suites are subject to availability at time of booking
• A mandatory site inspection must be completed prior to check out. To arrange the site, email leisuregroups@havenresorts.com prior to arrival to arrange.
• If proof of employment is not provided and/or the site inspection is not completed, published rates will be applied.
