Hotel Accessibility

Our hotel is committed to making our facilities, amenities and services accessible to guests with disabilities.  Below is a description of many of the accessible features of the hotel in its public and guest room spaces.  

Accessible Public Spaces  

• Accessible ramp Lobby (no stairs or steps)  
• A total of 11 elevators in the resort.  
• Connecting ramp between the main building and floor 0. This allows to access from building 1 to 6, the gym, MySenses Spa, all bars and restaurants.  

Accessible Guest Room Spaces  
Junior Suite Garden view (Suites # 6101-6103 located in building #6) .

Conformance status  
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)  define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Haven Riviera Cancún Website contains WCAG 2.0 level AA conforming functionality. Conforming functionality means that efforts were taken during the development of the website to follow WCAG standards.
