Our hotel is committed to making our facilities, amenities and services accessible to guests with disabilities. Below is a description of many of the accessible features of the hotel in its public and guest room spaces.
Accessible Public Spaces
- Accessible ramp Lobby (no stairs or steps)
- A total of 11 elevators in the resort.
- Connecting ramp between the main building and floor 0. This allows to access from building 1 to 6, the gym, MySenses Spa, all bars and restaurants.

Junior Suite Garden view (Suites # 6101-6103 located in building #6) .
